Vijay Pullur

Vijay Pullur is the CEO and founder of WaveMaker, an agentic application development platform. He has been a successful entrepreneur for nearly three-decade launching several successful ventures valued by global software players like Accenture, Autodesk and UKG. With his late brother Jay Pullur, he founded Pramati, a product company with a distinctive incubator model that guided ventures from conception to independence and exit. He is passionate about purpose-driven innovation that creates social impact—alleviating poverty, advancing hygiene, and democratizing education. This philosophy drives his leadership of OSAAT (One School At A Time), which uplifts rural and underprivileged schools.

Nirmala Jay Pullur

Nirmala Pullur hails from Bangalore and is alumnus from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. Her career spans the telecommunications industry and academia, where she has contributed through research, teaching, and leadership roles. Guided by deeply held values of integrity, service, and social responsibility, she is currently devoted to initiatives that seek to create meaningful and lasting impact.

Shibanee Sagar

Graduated from Sir J. J. College of Architecture and worked in Bombay before proceeding for her masters at the Savannah School of Art & Design, Georgia, USA. Amongst the projects designed by her is the Environment Conservation Centre for the Bombay Natural History Society, a project funded by the Overseas Development Administration, UK.

Kamal Sagar

Graduated from IIT Kharagpur in 1992 with a degree in Architecture. After a short stint with Omni Architects at Lexington, Kentucky, in the US, he returned to India and designed the Poonawalla Stud Farms in Pune, and built them out in a span of just 8 months. After working for 4 months with Mistry Architects in Bangalore, he started his architectural practice, first in his own name, and then, in the name of Shibanee & Kamal Architects, along with wife and partner, Shibanee. In 1996, in his search for a one-bedroom apartment, he realized just how bad the state of large-scale housing projects was, and saw tremendous scope to make a difference in this area. After several failed attempts in trying to get developers to accept his design ideas, he decided to take on the task of developing and constructing his projects himself, and not just designing them and founded Total Environment, a construction and real estate development company, which would build out his designs without compromise.
