Shifting Orbits Foundation’s Skills4Success programme

Every career begins with a first opportunity. But before that opportunity comes preparation, practice and the confidence to step into the room. We were delighted to welcome the young participants of Shifting Orbits Foundation's Skills4Success programme to the*spark | Pullur Centre as they prepared for the next chapter of their professional journeys. Throughout the programme, they sharpened practical workplace skills through mock interviews with industry experts, resume-building sessions, discussions on evaluating job offers, hands-on exploration of AI tools, and frameworks for making better career decisions. The energy in the room was a reminder that talent is everywhere. What often makes the difference is access to the right spaces, mentors and opportunities.
