ISDM Guftagoo

On 21 June 2026, the*spark | Pullur Centre had the pleasure of hosting ISDM’s Guftagu for Bangalore Chapter alumni meet of the Indian School of Development Management. This gathering was especially meaningful as ISDM celebrates 10 years of shaping leaders for India’s development sector. Over the past decade, ISDM has built a powerful community of development management professionals working across NGOs, foundations, social enterprises, policy spaces and advisory roles especially carrying forward the belief that stronger leadership builds stronger institutions. Guftagu, true to its name, was a space for conversations between old friends, peers, mentors and fellow travellers in the social impact journey. It invited ISDM alumni in Bengaluru to reconnect, reflect on their journeys, exchange ideas and celebrate the community that continues to grow around the idea of Development Management. For us at the*spark | Pullur Centre, this is exactly the kind of gathering the space was built for: purposeful conversations, cross-pollination of ideas and a sense of community among people working to strengthen India’s development ecosystem. Congratulations to ISDM on completing 10 years. We were delighted to host the Bengaluru chapter of Guftagu and look forward to many more dialogues, reunions and collaborations that help deepen the social impact ecosystem in the city.
